A transfer service is available from Euro House to the airport, the beach in Ostia Lido, and Rome city centre.

The hotel day starts from hour 13:00 and ends at 10:30.

The airport shuttle service is not guaranteed between the hours of 22:00 and 04:30.

When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.

Check-in ????
The reception closes at 11:00 PM, so check-in must be completed before that time: from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please kindly inform us of your approximate arrival time if you havent already done so. In case of delay, no self-check-in or late check-in will be permitted. We advise you to anticipate your arrival or consult the cancellation policy under which you booked.

Shuttle Service ????
For shuttle service, you can contact our affiliated driver at this number: +39 3396689917; he is also reachable via WhatsApp. Alternatively, if the shuttle is unavailable, we invite you to take a regular taxi. You can also call +39 06 65039109. The cost of our shuttle service is €20 for either one or two people; from the third person onwards, an additional €5 is added per person. Before 6:00 AM, there is a €10 surcharge for the night rate. You can pay the driver directly. For your check-out day, the shuttle will be booked for you by our receptionists during check-in.
